 Although Haoyu dies early in the story, he remains a strong presence throughout the series. Alvin Chong’s character appears both in flashbacks and as hallucinations and memories that haunt Adelia. Haoyu is a gentle husband who, despite illness preventing him from working, continues to cook and take care of their child—a portrait of quiet, devoted love that lingers even after he is gone.

Haziq Hussni as Adeef

Adeef is Haoyu’s loyal university friend who returns to support Adelia and her daughter Hana.
